Welcoming all aspiring and existing hospitality service staff, Raffles Knowledge Private Limited (RKPL) now offers Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) for the Tourism Sector.
Launched by Mr Ng Eng Hen, Minister for Manpower and Second Minister for Defence, in June 2006, the WSQ programmes offer a systematic pathway for ambitious individuals to equip themselves with relevant skill sets.
Providing training for industry-specific competencies required at each occupational level, the WSQ empowers staff with the opportunity upgrade their skills, enhance their employability and stay relevant.
The WSQ is jointly developed by the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA) and Tourism Industry Skills and Training Council (ISTC). |
